The natural wonders of this area include some of America's most beautiful and pure wildlife, untouched by modern society. It's for this reason the Tamarac slipper brand was created, representing the true spirit of the American Slipper Tradition.

With a pen or pencil mark the points at the back of the heel and the top of the big toe. Make sure to do this for both feet as often one foot is bigger than the other. It's important that your footwear fits the biggest foot.

Delivery

NZ delivery is free for orders over $99, or just $5 for everything else.

Orders are dispatched twice a day Monday to Friday from our Dunedin warehouse, normally before 8am and again at 3:30pm.

Delivery times are generally 1-2 business days for South Island and 1-3 business days for North Island. For rural addresses please allow an extra couple of days.

Returns

Purchases (including sale) can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange for an alternative size or style. Items must be in unworn condition and in original undamaged packaging. When trying your purchase on, please do so inside to avoid wear.

Refunds are made to the card or Afterpay account used for purchase. We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible, however bank and Afterpay processing times mean that refunds can take 2-3 days to appear in your account.

Refunds are processed for the purchase price and do not cover return postage costs. If the item has been returned because the wrong item has been sent or the item has been deemed faulty, we will refund your postage costs.

I am reviewing the slippers on past purchases of them, the pair I purchased last month I had to exchange as one slipper was slightly larger than the other …
Also I buy a size 6, my normal sizing is a size 7

Comfy and a good price

Comfortable soft sole. Store suggested going up 1 size, which was correct. Fit snugly around lower ankle so good for safety on stairs. Width good for average foot although some room for a wider foot. A bit of arch support and they'd be a 5/5.
