    Tamarac specialise in indoor comfort slippers with outdoor soles. The Tamarac name is derived from one of the world's most pristine natural habitats in the Northwest Minnesota wilderness. The natural wonders of this area include some of America's most beautiful and pure wildlife, untouched by modern society. It's for this reason the Tamarac slipper brand was created, representing the true spirit of the American Slipper Tradition.

    Send us your foot length using the measure guide and form below, or let us know what size you take in another brand we stock. We'll get back to you ASAP with a size recommendation.

    1. Place your foot on a piece of paper.
    2. With a pencil mark the points at the back of the heel and the top of the big toe. Make sure to do this for both feet as one foot is often bigger than the other.
    3. Measure the length between the two points.

    Delivery

    NZ delivery is free for orders over $99, or just $5 for everything else.

    Orders are dispatched twice a day Monday to Friday from our Dunedin warehouse, normally before 8am and again at 3:30pm.

    Delivery times are generally 1-2 business days for South Island and 1-3 business days for North Island. For rural addresses please allow an extra couple of days.

    Returns

    Purchases (including sale) can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange for an alternative size or style. Items must be in unworn condition and in original undamaged packaging. When trying your purchase on, please do so inside to avoid wear.

    Refunds are made to the card or Afterpay account used for purchase. We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible, however bank and Afterpay processing times mean that refunds can take up to 5 business days to appear in your account.

    Refunds are processed for the purchase price and do not cover return postage costs. If the item has been returned because the wrong item has been sent or the item has been deemed faulty, we will refund your postage costs.

    Great slipper. Bought on-line and after reading reviews was going to up-size but glad I didn't. I have wide feet and sometimes can't get them into footwear that just has an opening, but they fit easily into the slippers. I also thought I may have to fiddle with the backs of them but that's not the case. Easy to get on, very warm and comfortable. Great service from Frames.

    I have bought these for a number of years now.. I found the size 9 a little tight always..bought the 10..but these were too big..so I was as pleased as punch when my last months purchase of the 9 again..I found they were larger than before..a perfect fit between the 9 and 10..I think the last they used was a half size bigger..so were a perfect fit..the hole the foot goes through was definitely larger..and the mauve colour is beautiful ..
