NZ delivery is free for orders over $99, or just $5 for everything else. Australian shipping is $40 NZD.
Orders are dispatched twice a day Monday to Friday from our Dunedin warehouse, normally before 8am and again at 3:30pm.
Delivery times are generally 1-2 business days for South Island and 1-3 business days for North Island. For rural addresses please allow an extra couple of days. Australian delivery times vary but can take up to 3 weeks.
Purchases (including sale) can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange for an alternative size or style. Items must be in unworn condition and in original undamaged packaging. When trying your purchase on, please do so inside to avoid wear.
Refunds are made to the card, Laybuy account or Afterpay account used for purchase. We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible, however bank and Afterpay/Laybuy processing times mean that refunds can take 2-3 days to appear in your account.
Refunds are processed for the purchase price and do not cover return postage costs. If the item has been returned because the wrong item has been sent or the item has been deemed faulty, we will refund your postage costs.

Love the shoe...but way overpriced. I don't think the shoe will have a long life for the price that's asked for them. I have 2 pair of Oofos and prefer the thicker depth more. Frames Footwear was 100% wonderful.

This is the 2nd pair I have purchased of Oofos Original thongs. I have previous had plantar faciaitis (excuse the spelling) and these jandals have been the most comfortable things to wear. The online purchasing and service were amazing as was the delivery (we are RD and this can take 2-3 days longer). Thank you very much. My sister is now looking at purchasing her first pair!
