NZ delivery is free for orders over $99, or just $5 for everything else. Australian shipping is $40 NZD.
Orders are dispatched twice a day Monday to Friday from our Dunedin warehouse, normally before 8am and again at 3:30pm.
Delivery times are generally 1-2 business days for South Island and 1-3 business days for North Island. For rural addresses please allow an extra couple of days. Australian delivery times vary but can take up to 3 weeks.
Purchases (including sale) can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange for an alternative size or style. Items must be in unworn condition and in original undamaged packaging. When trying your purchase on, please do so inside to avoid wear.
Refunds are made to the card or Afterpay account used for purchase. We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible, however bank and Afterpay processing times mean that refunds can take 2-3 days to appear in your account.
Refunds are processed for the purchase price and do not cover return postage costs. If the item has been returned because the wrong item has been sent or the item has been deemed faulty, we will refund your postage costs.

Love these sneakers, they fit well, I have narrow feet and sometimes the 42 is a bit wide but these were a good fit. These will suit fitting ankle jeans as some of my sneakers are a bit heavier looking which make my feet look big. Thank you Frames for your excellent service!!
This is my fourth pair of this style. Need I say more. I deviated to Ecco’s Street Tray plus but found that Soft 7 is much more comfortable from the get go. Thanks Frames for fantastic service too.
These are my second pair of Ecco Soft 7s. The first pair I have worn to work nearly every day for 3 years and they have only just started to look a bit past their best, hence the replacement. They are so soft and comfortable yet supportive enough for my flat feet. I highly recommend these Ecco shoes.
