Place your foot on a piece of paper.
With a pen or pencil mark the points at the back of the heel and the top of the big toe. Make sure to do this for both feet as often one foot is bigger than the other. It's important that your footwear fits the biggest foot.

Delivery

NZ delivery is free for orders over $99, or just $5 for everything else.

Orders are dispatched twice a day Monday to Friday from our Dunedin warehouse, normally before 8am and again at 3:30pm.

Delivery times are generally 1-2 business days for South Island and 1-3 business days for North Island. For rural addresses please allow an extra couple of days.

Returns

Purchases (including sale) can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange for an alternative size or style. Items must be in unworn condition and in original undamaged packaging. When trying your purchase on, please do so inside to avoid wear.

Refunds are made to the card or Afterpay account used for purchase. We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible, however bank and Afterpay processing times mean that refunds can take 2-3 days to appear in your account.

Refunds are processed for the purchase price and do not cover return postage costs. If the item has been returned because the wrong item has been sent or the item has been deemed faulty, we will refund your postage costs.

Just replaced my all time favourite Arcopedico shoes which were finally wearing out after years of use. These shoes are the most comfortable shoes I have ever come across. Was so glad to find they are available from Frames Footwear and their service was super efficient and very friendly. Highly recommend the shoes and the company.

Excellent service

The shoes arrived promptly and are exactly as I expected. This is my 4th purchase of this brand. They are the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever had, so suitable for wide fittings. My only complaint is re the Arcopedico shoes with white markings - the white wears off very quickly and leaves unsightly patches.

I love these, so comfy and a bonus that they are washable. Such good quality too!

Absolutely perfect

I love these shoes. I feel safe wearing them because they don't slip and I can feel the surface of where I'm walking. This is my second pair of this model. The first (bought in 2014) eventually wore out because I almost lived in them. I wore them in New York, Rome and Bruges as well as here in NZ. Highly recommended!
