With the ECCO GRUUV, we wanted to design premium, long-lasting footwear to meet your on-the-go needs. A standout feature of these comfortable walking sneakers is the innovative two-way flex rubber sole that moves and flexes for effortless foot movement no matter the surface. There are also removable dual-fit, comfort-foam insoles for extra width if needed. These come in this season’s on-trend tonal colours to bring you from the streets to the park in modern style.

Established in Denmark in 1963, ECCO follow a Scandinavian approach to shoemaking, designed to suit a balanced and active lifestyle. ECCO persistently innovate to create shoes that are softer, suppler and lighter - shoes that are shaped to fit the foot, not the other way around.

Delivery

NZ delivery is free for orders over $99, or just $5 for everything else. Australian shipping is $40 NZD.

Orders are dispatched twice a day Monday to Friday from our Dunedin warehouse, normally before 8am and again at 3:30pm.

Delivery times are generally 1-2 business days for South Island and 1-3 business days for North Island. For rural addresses please allow an extra couple of days. Australian delivery times vary but can take up to 3 weeks.

Returns

Purchases (including sale) can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange for an alternative size or style. Items must be in unworn condition and in original undamaged packaging. When trying your purchase on, please do so inside to avoid wear.

Refunds are made to the card or Afterpay account used for purchase. We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible, however bank and Afterpay processing times mean that refunds can take 2-3 days to appear in your account.

Refunds are processed for the purchase price and do not cover return postage costs. If the item has been returned because the wrong item has been sent or the item has been deemed faulty, we will refund your postage costs.
