Place your foot on a piece of paper.
With a pen or pencil mark the points at the back of the heel and the top of the big toe. Make sure to do this for both feet as often one foot is bigger than the other. It's important that your footwear fits the biggest foot.

Delivery

NZ delivery is free for orders over $99, or just $5 for everything else.

Orders are dispatched twice a day Monday to Friday from our Dunedin warehouse, normally before 8am and again at 3:30pm.

Delivery times are generally 1-2 business days for South Island and 1-3 business days for North Island. For rural addresses please allow an extra couple of days.

Returns

Purchases (including sale) can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange for an alternative size or style. Items must be in unworn condition and in original undamaged packaging. When trying your purchase on, please do so inside to avoid wear.

Refunds are made to the card or Afterpay account used for purchase. We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible, however bank and Afterpay processing times mean that refunds can take 2-3 days to appear in your account.

Refunds are processed for the purchase price and do not cover return postage costs. If the item has been returned because the wrong item has been sent or the item has been deemed faulty, we will refund your postage costs.

Great for tired feet

Fantastic for sore or tired feet after exercise. A huge shame that they are so narrow! Just not as comfy as I'd expected. Hoping the top strap will stretch a little bit.

I am a size 9.5 so advised to buy 10 these were too big so purchased 9s and the fit perfect and my feet don’t go over the edge.

Great service and wonderful slides!

I contacted Frames Footwear beforehand to get some information on the width of these (wide feet!), got a swift, very friendly and also very helpful response. After going through with the order and the recommended sizing, shipping from Dunedin to Christchurch was super fast and the fit of the slides was perfect and they have been a great treat for my feet after runs and hikes (and also just casually after long days out and about).
