Orders are dispatched twice a day Monday to Friday from our Dunedin warehouse, normally before 8am and again at 3:30pm.
Delivery times are generally 1-2 business days for South Island and 1-3 business days for North Island. For rural addresses please allow an extra couple of days. Australian delivery times vary but can take up to 3 weeks.
Purchases (including sale) can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange for an alternative size or style. Items must be in unworn condition and in original undamaged packaging. When trying your purchase on, please do so inside to avoid wear.
Refunds are made to the card or Afterpay account used for purchase. We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible, however bank and Afterpay processing times mean that refunds can take 2-3 days to appear in your account.
Refunds are processed for the purchase price and do not cover return postage costs. If the item has been returned because the wrong item has been sent or the item has been deemed faulty, we will refund your postage costs.

Very comfortable and size was spot on for me. I have had Merrell shoes before and like the Brand. Frames are excellent to deal with.
I saw the advertisement in the ODT and thought why not. The whole process was painless and the delivery quick. This saved me a 100k trip to the nearest town of any size and also a big plus was supporting a family business.

I was looking to replace my Merrell Moabs and Frames had these on sale.
I ordered online with the same sizing as my Moabs, and they fit slightly narrower. The shoes aren't as hiking orientated as the Moabs, so the soles aren't as wide for support on uneven surfaces. So don't expect them to handle hiking duties as well. The lacing also needs to be switched so that they don't untie while walking around.
I've been mostly using them around town and biking and they have been great and have held up as Merrell shoes should.
