Klouds Jaxon is a clever fusion of style and practicality with it's luxuriously soft, pleated leather upper and lightweight rubber foam outsole.

Our signature Arch Comfort Zone insole supports your foot and distributes your bodyweight over the entire plantar surface, and is packed with cushioning which works with the rubber foam outsole to provide unparalleled shock absorption and protection from impact. The dual zips allow easy entry into the boot, but we do recommend using a shoe horn to maintain the structure and support of the firm heel counter.

To protect your new Jaxon boots, we suggest coating them with a silicone based water and stain protector spray to repel rainwater and debris marks.

Jaxon looks best when paired with a flowing, midi skirt and a sweater vest.

Delivery

NZ delivery is free for orders over $99, or just $5 for everything else.

Orders are dispatched twice a day Monday to Friday from our Dunedin warehouse, normally before 8am and again at 3:30pm.

Delivery times are generally 1-2 business days for South Island and 1-3 business days for North Island. For rural addresses please allow an extra couple of days.

Returns

Purchases (including sale) can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange for an alternative size or style. Items must be in unworn condition and in original undamaged packaging. When trying your purchase on, please do so inside to avoid wear.

Refunds are made to the card or Afterpay account used for purchase. We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible, however bank and Afterpay processing times mean that refunds can take 2-3 days to appear in your account.

Refunds are processed for the purchase price and do not cover return postage costs. If the item has been returned because the wrong item has been sent or the item has been deemed faulty, we will refund your postage costs.
