These square-toe boots feature our exclusively designed moulded footbeds with innovative ECCO PHORENE™ material for cushioned arch support and all-day wearability. Features a unique removable dual-fit insole to give you a wider fit and roomier toe area. The boots are also constructed using ECCO FLUIDFORM™ technology for a lightweight, shock-absorbing sole. NZ delivery is free for orders over $99, or just $5 for everything else. Australian shipping is $40 NZD.
Orders are dispatched twice a day Monday to Friday from our Dunedin warehouse, normally before 8am and again at 3:30pm.
Delivery times are generally 1-2 business days for South Island and 1-3 business days for North Island. For rural addresses please allow an extra couple of days. Australian delivery times vary but can take up to 3 weeks.
Purchases (including sale) can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange for an alternative size or style. Items must be in unworn condition and in original undamaged packaging. When trying your purchase on, please do so inside to avoid wear.
Refunds are made to the card or Afterpay account used for purchase. We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible, however bank and Afterpay processing times mean that refunds can take 2-3 days to appear in your account.
Refunds are processed for the purchase price and do not cover return postage costs. If the item has been returned because the wrong item has been sent or the item has been deemed faulty, we will refund your postage costs.
