Delivery

NZ delivery is free for orders over $99, or just $5 for everything else.

Orders are dispatched twice a day Monday to Friday from our Dunedin warehouse, normally before 8am and again at 3:30pm.

Delivery times are generally 1-2 business days for South Island and 1-3 business days for North Island. For rural addresses please allow an extra couple of days.

Returns

Purchases (including sale) can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange for an alternative size or style. Items must be in unworn condition and in original undamaged packaging. When trying your purchase on, please do so inside to avoid wear.

Refunds are made to the card or Afterpay account used for purchase. We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible, however bank and Afterpay processing times mean that refunds can take up to 5 business days to appear in your account.

Refunds are processed for the purchase price and do not cover return postage costs. If the item has been returned because the wrong item has been sent or the item has been deemed faulty, we will refund your postage costs.

Really nice comfortable shoes and not outrageously expensive. Would buy this brand again.

I love the freshness of the colours on the shoe, and the shoes are very comfortable too.

Very pretty shoe, goes with a lot of my clothes. I usually buy Cabello brand in similar style, as soo comfy, but thought I would like to try this brand. I am usually a size 42 and found this shoe was a little tighter fit and for that reason, probably not quite as comfortable. Otherwise cant fault shoe, well made. As it is leather Im hoping it will give a little.
