Each pair is crafted with plush, premium quality sheepskin attached to a supple suede leather outer. This specialized construction creates a much more durable and hard-wearing product compared to standard double-face sheepskin. The soft wool fibres of natural sheepskin are highly breathable and act as a natural insulator, ensuring your feet stay warm, dry, and comfortable regardless of the temperature. As you wear them, the thick shearling wool interior moulds to the shape of your foot, providing natural arch support and customized cushioning.

For added versatility, these slippers are manufactured with a tough, lightweight EVA sole. This provides extra traction and durability, allowing you the flexibility of wearing them both indoors and for light outdoor use.

Delivery

NZ delivery is free for orders over $99, or just $5 for everything else.

Orders are dispatched twice a day Monday to Friday from our Dunedin warehouse, normally before 8am and again at 3:30pm.

Delivery times are generally 1-2 business days for South Island and 1-3 business days for North Island. For rural addresses please allow an extra couple of days.

Returns

Purchases (including sale) can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange for an alternative size or style. Items must be in unworn condition and in original undamaged packaging. When trying your purchase on, please do so inside to avoid wear.

Refunds are made to the card or Afterpay account used for purchase. We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible, however bank and Afterpay processing times mean that refunds can take up to 5 business days to appear in your account.

Refunds are processed for the purchase price and do not cover return postage costs. If the item has been returned because the wrong item has been sent or the item has been deemed faulty, we will refund your postage costs.
