I have NEVER been disappointed in any shoes I have ordered from you before and I know this label well. The shoes are like flat boards inside, and I have tried adding expensive insoles. I keep nearly tripping over in them because they have no shape at all and your feet just move all over the place while wearing. I was so excited to get them and they are very attractive but i can't wear them at all in case I have a fall. Total failure and disappointment to me. Sorry
