With a pencil mark the points at the back of the heel and the top of the big toe. Make sure to do this for both feet as one foot is often bigger than the other.

Delivery

NZ delivery is free for orders over $99, or just $5 for everything else.

Orders are dispatched twice a day Monday to Friday from our Dunedin warehouse, normally before 8am and again at 3:30pm.

Delivery times are generally 1-2 business days for South Island and 1-3 business days for North Island. For rural addresses please allow an extra couple of days.

Returns

Purchases (including sale) can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange for an alternative size or style. Items must be in unworn condition and in original undamaged packaging. When trying your purchase on, please do so inside to avoid wear.

Refunds are made to the card or Afterpay account used for purchase. We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible, however bank and Afterpay processing times mean that refunds can take up to 5 business days to appear in your account.

Refunds are processed for the purchase price and do not cover return postage costs. If the item has been returned because the wrong item has been sent or the item has been deemed faulty, we will refund your postage costs.

I love my Mimosa shoes, they are so comfortable. The zip is easy, and laces are an added advantage so they can be adjusted to suit any width. This style suits a wide foot but it doesn’t look that way when wearing them. And thank you to Frames for helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient service!

They are very comfortable. I especially like being able to put them on and off using the zip on the side so I don’t have to do up laces every time. But at a future date when the shoes ease up I can tighten the laces.Just brilliant.

Very comfy shoe, great for a slightly narrower foot.

I really like these shoes. This is my second pair. The soles lasted really well, as did the leather upper. The panel with the perforations isn't leather and this is what gave out after about 1 year of heavy use (these are my only casual shoes and I wear them almost every day).
Frames were amazing with this purchase! I needed size 7.5 and even though I couldn't buy that size online, I phoned them and they ordered it in for me and posted it to Christchurch. Excellent service!
