    Django & Juliette has deep roots in the Australian shoe industry, with a hands-on history of end-to-end manufacturing in factories in Melbourne. Each new collection is still lovingly designed and developed in Melbourne, with founder Kerrie Munro personally test fitting all styles to achieve the utmost in comfort and quality for the wearer.

    Use our measure guide below then send us your foot length, or let us know what size you take in another brand we stock. We'll get back to you ASAP with a size recommendation.

    1. Place your foot on a piece of paper.
    2. With a pen or pencil mark the points at the back of the heel and the top of the big toe. Make sure to do this for both feet as often one foot is bigger than the other. It's important that your footwear fits the biggest foot.
    3. Measure the length between the two points.

    Delivery

    NZ delivery is free for orders over $99, or just $5 for everything else.

    Orders are dispatched twice a day Monday to Friday from our Dunedin warehouse, normally before 8am and again at 3:30pm.

    Delivery times are generally 1-2 business days for South Island and 1-3 business days for North Island. For rural addresses please allow an extra couple of days.

    Returns

    Purchases (including sale) can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange for an alternative size or style. Items must be in unworn condition and in original undamaged packaging. When trying your purchase on, please do so inside to avoid wear.

    Refunds are made to the card or Afterpay account used for purchase. We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible, however bank and Afterpay processing times mean that refunds can take up to 5 business days to appear in your account.

    Refunds are processed for the purchase price and do not cover return postage costs. If the item has been returned because the wrong item has been sent or the item has been deemed faulty, we will refund your postage costs.
