    • The BIRKENSTOCK Cork Sealer & Protector is perfect for BIRKENSTOCK sandals and their natural cork-latex footbed. It provides care and protection and seals sole edges and small cracks. This way, it protects the material from drying out and becoming brittle and maximizes the longevity of the shoes. The product nourishes and protects the material and provides intense and effective care. The Cork Sealer & Protector comes with a brush. This way, the Cork Sealer can be applied with precision and in thin layers.

    • Usage: care, sealing and protection from drying out
    • Recommended for cork and cork-latex mixtures
    • Application: Shake well before use! Apply a thin layer of the Cork Sealer & Protector with the brush on the dry cork edges and spread evenly. Repeat the process in the dry/brittle spots as required until the spot is completely covered. Leave your BIRKENSTOCK sandal to dry over night and check the spots before wearing your sandals again. IMPORTANT: Please make sure that the footbed and the upper of the sandal are covered as the product may cause stains on other materials. Consult our care guide for more details

    Send us your foot length using the measure guide and form below, or let us know what size you take in another brand we stock. We'll get back to you ASAP with a size recommendation.

    1. Place your foot on a piece of paper.
    2. With a pencil mark the points at the back of the heel and the top of the big toe. Make sure to do this for both feet as one foot is often bigger than the other.
    3. Measure the length between the two points.

    Delivery

    NZ delivery is free for orders over $99, or just $5 for everything else.

    Orders are dispatched twice a day Monday to Friday from our Dunedin warehouse, normally before 8am and again at 3:30pm.

    Delivery times are generally 1-2 business days for South Island and 1-3 business days for North Island. For rural addresses please allow an extra couple of days.

    Returns

    Purchases (including sale) can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange for an alternative size or style. Items must be in unworn condition and in original undamaged packaging. When trying your purchase on, please do so inside to avoid wear.

    Refunds are made to the card or Afterpay account used for purchase. We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible, however bank and Afterpay processing times mean that refunds can take up to 5 business days to appear in your account.

    Refunds are processed for the purchase price and do not cover return postage costs. If the item has been returned because the wrong item has been sent or the item has been deemed faulty, we will refund your postage costs.
