The shoes were too tight across the instep, that. Is why l returned them. Have left getting shoes until l can actually come in person to try them on!!! Thank you for yr help. See you next time l am in Dunedin. Sandra Adams

My go to work shoe and my go to store. Very comfortable and after 8 hours on my feet theyre still comfy. Non slip sole as well. Highly recommend the shoe and Frames. I have big feet and if they dont have my size (11) in stock, they do their best to get a pair in for me. Almost always at my door the next day and considering I live in canterbury... thats exceptional service.

Lightning speed!

One more I asked for advice, knowing if I got it wrong Tom would 'see me through'. The size 7 was perfect. These Skechers are perfect for my daily 3K walking. Comfortable and light. Good toe space. Washable too! Thank you for such speedy delivery, Frames!

Love these shoes, so comfortable, lightweight to wear, and supportive on the feet, great to walk in for my evening walks and to wear all day.
Delivery was super-fast and exchange to a smaller size was easy to sort out.
