With a pen or pencil mark the points at the back of the heel and the top of the big toe. Make sure to do this for both feet as often one foot is bigger than the other. It's important that your footwear fits the biggest foot.

Delivery

NZ delivery is free for orders over $99, or just $5 for everything else.

Orders are dispatched twice a day Monday to Friday from our Dunedin warehouse, normally before 8am and again at 3:30pm.

Delivery times are generally 1-2 business days for South Island and 1-3 business days for North Island. For rural addresses please allow an extra couple of days.

Returns

Purchases (including sale) can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange for an alternative size or style. Items must be in unworn condition and in original undamaged packaging. When trying your purchase on, please do so inside to avoid wear.

Refunds are made to the card or Afterpay account used for purchase. We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible, however bank and Afterpay processing times mean that refunds can take 2-3 days to appear in your account.

Refunds are processed for the purchase price and do not cover return postage costs. If the item has been returned because the wrong item has been sent or the item has been deemed faulty, we will refund your postage costs.

I LOVE my Kloud Whisper shoes. So so comfortable! My feet sang with joy when I put them on. Thankyou Frames very much!
Here’s a little hint. I saw in Warehouse Pharmacy a pit of 2 pairs of warm woolly inner soles…cheap! Bought them and put one pair in my Klouds Whispers and the other pair in my slippers. My poor old always cold feet sang even louder! The were cosy and comfortable! Christine Leaf

Klouds Whisper shoes

I love, LOVE, these Kloud Whisper shoes. They arrived promptly. I opened the box, put them on and my feet are singing with joy at the comfort. I have sore feet with neuropathy and arthritis; my feet are xtra wide and a size 42. These shoes are PURRFECT. At 83 I am so happy to have found these shoes!
