Delivery

NZ delivery is free for orders over $99, or just $5 for everything else. Australian shipping is $40 NZD.

Orders are dispatched twice a day Monday to Friday from our Dunedin warehouse, normally before 8am and again at 3:30pm.

Delivery times are generally 1-2 business days for South Island and 1-3 business days for North Island. For rural addresses please allow an extra couple of days. Australian delivery times vary but can take up to 3 weeks.

Returns

Purchases (including sale) can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange for an alternative size or style. Items must be in unworn condition and in original undamaged packaging. When trying your purchase on, please do so inside to avoid wear.

Refunds are made to the card or Afterpay account used for purchase. We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible, however bank and Afterpay processing times mean that refunds can take 2-3 days to appear in your account.

Refunds are processed for the purchase price and do not cover return postage costs. If the item has been returned because the wrong item has been sent or the item has been deemed faulty, we will refund your postage costs.

Last pair lasted over 10 years and finally had a blowout so replaced straight away. Nice to have a sturdy effective boot without the weight and heaviness of a steel cap

Solid boots, ready to go straight out of the box, no wear in time. Great look, will go with anything, stubbies, jeans, business casual, a decent walk, just all around good boots, consistent and sturdy.

These boots are great. The sizes are a bit confusing but these guys were so awesome and let me swap sizes quickly without any issues. They take a while to break in, but that’s just because the leather is super sturdy. Break them in with thick socks for a few days and good to go. I used them horsey jobs and they are perfect.

Very pleased

Rapid delivery, good price and I'm very pleased with the boots. They're sturdy and comfortable, and look good too. The heel did hurt at first, but they were quick to wear in. They are quite wide but come with extra insoles which I've put in, which helped a lot.
