    • The Tamarac Deerskin Mocc blends classic moccasin styling with everyday comfort, featuring a soft yet durable deerskin leather upper, a warm fleece lining for a cozy feel, and a non-slip rubber outsole designed for dependable traction and lasting wear, all finished with hand-stitched details and rawhide laces for a timeless, relaxed look.

    Tamarac specialise in indoor comfort slippers with outdoor soles. The Tamarac name is derived from one of the world's most pristine natural habitats in the Northwest Minnesota wilderness. The natural wonders of this area include some of America's most beautiful and pure wildlife, untouched by modern society. It's for this reason the Tamarac slipper brand was created, representing the true spirit of the American Slipper Tradition.

    Send us your foot length using the measure guide and form below, or let us know what size you take in another brand we stock. We'll get back to you ASAP with a size recommendation.

    1. Place your foot on a piece of paper.
    2. With a pencil mark the points at the back of the heel and the top of the big toe. Make sure to do this for both feet as one foot is often bigger than the other.
    3. Measure the length between the two points.

    Delivery

    NZ delivery is free for orders over $99, or just $5 for everything else.

    Orders are dispatched twice a day Monday to Friday from our Dunedin warehouse, normally before 8am and again at 3:30pm.

    Delivery times are generally 1-2 business days for South Island and 1-3 business days for North Island. For rural addresses please allow an extra couple of days.

    Returns

    Purchases (including sale) can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange for an alternative size or style. Items must be in unworn condition and in original undamaged packaging. When trying your purchase on, please do so inside to avoid wear.

    Refunds are made to the card or Afterpay account used for purchase. We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible, however bank and Afterpay processing times mean that refunds can take up to 5 business days to appear in your account.

    Refunds are processed for the purchase price and do not cover return postage costs. If the item has been returned because the wrong item has been sent or the item has been deemed faulty, we will refund your postage costs.

    My original leather slip-ons finely decided to fall apart, so I was given no choice but to replace them.Lo and behold there they were way down the bottom of dare old NZ.The price was more than acceptable so out came the money and within 2 days brand new shiny shoes.arrived.But there was a problem. Instead of turning my old worn slippers over AND READ what it said underneath I assumed. Oh no, However the good people down there were amazing, allowing me to return the shoes and they sent me the next size down at NO extra cost including freight BOTH ways.Will I be shopping their again?

    Very poor fitting have mentioned it to the owners but as per always come up with an excuse to suit them selves. Will never buy that make again should have stuck the the original that I have had for 20 yrs. Very poor

The fact is that feet come in all sorts of shapes and sizes and not all shoes will fit everyone. That's why we offer 30-day returns on all purchases, a policy that was communicated to you in our emails. I hope you have better luck finding more suitable slippers elsewhere.
