    Dr Feet slippers are manufactured in Croatia from natural products such as wool. They provide an anatomically shaped footbed that moulds naturally to your foot to capture its shape and contours for a personal and custom fit, giving you extra support and stability.

    Send us your foot length using the measure guide and form below, or let us know what size you take in another brand we stock. We'll get back to you ASAP with a size recommendation.

    1. Place your foot on a piece of paper.
    2. With a pencil mark the points at the back of the heel and the top of the big toe. Make sure to do this for both feet as one foot is often bigger than the other.
    3. Measure the length between the two points.

    Delivery

    NZ delivery is free for orders over $99, or just $5 for everything else.

    Orders are dispatched twice a day Monday to Friday from our Dunedin warehouse, normally before 8am and again at 3:30pm.

    Delivery times are generally 1-2 business days for South Island and 1-3 business days for North Island. For rural addresses please allow an extra couple of days.

    Returns

    Purchases (including sale) can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange for an alternative size or style. Items must be in unworn condition and in original undamaged packaging. When trying your purchase on, please do so inside to avoid wear.

    Refunds are made to the card or Afterpay account used for purchase. We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible, however bank and Afterpay processing times mean that refunds can take up to 5 business days to appear in your account.

    Refunds are processed for the purchase price and do not cover return postage costs. If the item has been returned because the wrong item has been sent or the item has been deemed faulty, we will refund your postage costs.

    I am very pleased with my replacement slippers. The sizing is accurate and they are as comfortable and sturdy as my former Dr Feet slippers were. Only replaced those because I'd worn too many toenail holes. Also love the quirky patchwork pattern and colours combo. Totally recommend.

    Best slippers I’ve ever had in recent years, Love the colours, and how easy they are to get on and off. I have a mobility problem, so appreciate not needing assistance.     Purple Tartan looks fun! I normally wear a size 39 shoe - find a size 38 'Hilda' is a perfect fit. With low back very easy to slip on & off. Very comfortable. Easy to wash.

    Very very comfortable to wear. The soles seemed a little too shiny so I thought I would have trouble with slipping on carpeted stairs and polished wood floors but glad to say the tread is reassuringly safe. I love the feel of the felt as well as the snazzy colours. I’d recommend & buy again!
