Tamarac specialise in indoor comfort slippers with outdoor soles. The Tamarac name is derived from one of the world's most pristine natural habitats in the Northwest Minnesota wilderness. The natural wonders of this area include some of America's most beautiful and pure wildlife, untouched by modern society. It's for this reason the Tamarac slipper brand was created, representing the true spirit of the American Slipper Tradition.

Delivery

NZ delivery is free for orders over $99, or just $5 for everything else. Australian shipping is $40 NZD.

Orders are dispatched twice a day Monday to Friday from our Dunedin warehouse, normally before 8am and again at 3:30pm.

Delivery times are generally 1-2 business days for South Island and 1-3 business days for North Island. For rural addresses please allow an extra couple of days. Australian delivery times vary but can take up to 3 weeks.

Returns

Purchases (including sale) can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange for an alternative size or style. Items must be in unworn condition and in original undamaged packaging. When trying your purchase on, please do so inside to avoid wear.

Refunds are made to the card or Afterpay account used for purchase. We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible, however bank and Afterpay processing times mean that refunds can take 2-3 days to appear in your account.

Refunds are processed for the purchase price and do not cover return postage costs. If the item has been returned because the wrong item has been sent or the item has been deemed faulty, we will refund your postage costs.

Very poor fitting have mentioned it to the owners but as per always come up with an excuse to suit them selves. Will never buy that make again should have stuck the the original that I have had for 20 yrs. Very poor

The fact is that feet come in all sorts of shapes and sizes and not all shoes will fit everyone. That's why we offer 30-day returns on all purchases, a policy that was communicated to you in our emails. I hope you have better luck finding more suitable slippers elsewhere.
