Delivery

NZ delivery is free for orders over $99, or just $5 for everything else. Australian shipping is $40 NZD.

Orders are dispatched 3.30pm Monday to Friday from our Dunedin warehouse.

Delivery times are generally 1-2 days for South Island and 2-3 days for North Island. Please allow an extra couple of days for rural addresses. Australian delivery times vary but can take up to 3 weeks.

Returns

Purchases (including sale) can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange for an alternative size or style. Items must be in unworn condition and in original undamaged packaging. When trying your purchase on, please do so inside to avoid wear.

Refunds are made to the card, Laybuy account or Afterpay account used for purchase. We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible, however bank and Afterpay/Laybuy processing times mean that refunds can take 2-3 days to appear in your account.

Refunds are processed for the purchase price and do not cover return postage costs. If the item has been returned because the wrong item has been sent or the item has been deemed faulty, we will refund your postage costs.

Love my new Mi Woolies Carlsbad's, they are so warm and snuggly :) Also the team at Frames were awesome and so helpful to deal with!! Highly recommend these boots and Frames friendly helpful staff :)....Totally 5 Star *****

Ug boots I purchased were too small when they arrived. The bigger size were not in stock online so I emailed Frames to see if there was any way they could help.
Super quick response to let me know they would do what they could to source them if I was keen. Which I was.
Upshot - within 24hrs of me contacting them, they had the boots I wanted and were just waiting on the return of the small ones, and then they would courier me the ones I wanted! (The boots themselves are the absolute shiz btw)
Very efficient and easy to deal with.
But most importantly, it was more than refreshing to be dealing with a business who clearly have not forgotten that customers are human beings.
Thanks guys.
A bunch of great New Zealanders that give me hope that the essence of what makes us all kiwis is still alive and well. (Or is that maybe just in the Deep South? 🤣)
