    Send us your foot length using the measure guide and form below, or let us know what size you take in another brand we stock. We'll get back to you ASAP with a size recommendation.

    1. Place your foot on a piece of paper.
    2. With a pencil mark the points at the back of the heel and the top of the big toe. Make sure to do this for both feet as one foot is often bigger than the other.
    3. Measure the length between the two points.

    Delivery

    NZ delivery is free for orders over $99, or just $5 for everything else.

    Orders are dispatched twice a day Monday to Friday from our Dunedin warehouse, normally before 8am and again at 3:30pm.

    Delivery times are generally 1-2 business days for South Island and 1-3 business days for North Island. For rural addresses please allow an extra couple of days.

    Returns

    Purchases (including sale) can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange for an alternative size or style. Items must be in unworn condition and in original undamaged packaging. When trying your purchase on, please do so inside to avoid wear.

    Refunds are made to the card or Afterpay account used for purchase. We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible, however bank and Afterpay processing times mean that refunds can take up to 5 business days to appear in your account.

    Refunds are processed for the purchase price and do not cover return postage costs. If the item has been returned because the wrong item has been sent or the item has been deemed faulty, we will refund your postage costs.

    Excellent product - exactly like the shoes from the 70s. Comfortable and casual, and made in New Zealand.

    Brought them for my dad. He had an original pair brought about 15-20 year ago that were in terrible shape but I hadn’t been able to find the exact replacement. Until I found them on your website!! Dad loves them. Super hard to find a Leather pair.

    I have had a pair of leather moccasins for many years and didn't realise you could still get them.
    Found them on Frame's website, ordered them and they came in 2 days - very happy!

    I am very pleased with the new moccasins, they look to be well made and are very comfortable. They have a solid sole and look like they would handle a bit of outdoor activity and are stylish enough to make a trip or two up the street. I had a similar pair for years and eventually found these at Frames . There service was very good and a quick delivery time.

    Last wore Moccasins in the 70s. Ideal footware for inside outside use, easy to slip on and off.

    Seem a bit longer than old pair of same size but ok with thicker socks. Rubber sole make them long lasting and ok for outdoors wear occasionally.
