Delivery

NZ delivery is free for orders over $99, or just $5 for everything else.

Orders are dispatched twice a day Monday to Friday from our Dunedin warehouse, normally before 8am and again at 3:30pm.

Delivery times are generally 1-2 business days for South Island and 1-3 business days for North Island. For rural addresses please allow an extra couple of days.

Returns

Purchases (including sale) can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange for an alternative size or style. Items must be in unworn condition and in original undamaged packaging. When trying your purchase on, please do so inside to avoid wear.

Refunds are made to the card or Afterpay account used for purchase. We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible, however bank and Afterpay processing times mean that refunds can take up to 5 business days to appear in your account.

Refunds are processed for the purchase price and do not cover return postage costs. If the item has been returned because the wrong item has been sent or the item has been deemed faulty, we will refund your postage costs.

I knew exactly what I wanted because the shoe shops I visited had the brand but not the size.
Purchase was a great success. The courier obliged by speeding up delivery. And I did the Tongariro Northern Circuit without having worn the shoes before.

They fit perfectly and are very comfortable to wear from day one. Arch support is provided as well.

Merrell Moab 3 Granite

Very happy with the shoes, the only thing I found was the shoe was slightly shorter in length compared to other shoe sizes, about 10mm shorter.

Such comfortable footwear, great arch support and super insole. Morrell just makes such comfortable shoes. It pays to pay more for better fitting footwear. As the saying goes.. ‘you get what you pay for’, worth saving to get them!

Very pleased with the shoes, not the courier, we wrote we wanted the shoes put at the door, he left them in the letterbox, it was written on his delivery sheet. We were pleased we were home to get the shoes before someone else did
