Grosby Educate shoes are elegant lace-up shoes, ideal for school or any formal occasion or function. They are made of durable soft, and smooth leather upper and robust, lightweight and flexible PU sole. It features a padded collar, textile lining and Dual Fit 3D insole for extra comfort. This school shoe has a removable footbed and arch support. These kids black leather shoes have Fresh-Tech insoles that are treated using micro-encapsulated tea tree oil, keeping your feet fresh without harmful chemicals. Fresh-Tech technology effectively reduces odour in these lace-up school shoes.

Delivery

NZ delivery is free for orders over $99, or just $5 for everything else. Australian shipping is $40 NZD.

Orders are dispatched twice a day Monday to Friday from our Dunedin warehouse, normally before 8am and again at 3:30pm.

Delivery times are generally 1-2 business days for South Island and 1-3 business days for North Island. For rural addresses please allow an extra couple of days. Australian delivery times vary but can take up to 3 weeks.

Returns

Purchases (including sale) can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange for an alternative size or style. Items must be in unworn condition and in original undamaged packaging. When trying your purchase on, please do so inside to avoid wear.

Refunds are made to the card or Afterpay account used for purchase. We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible, however bank and Afterpay processing times mean that refunds can take 2-3 days to appear in your account.

Refunds are processed for the purchase price and do not cover return postage costs. If the item has been returned because the wrong item has been sent or the item has been deemed faulty, we will refund your postage costs.
