NZ delivery is free for orders over $99, or just $5 for everything else. Australian shipping is $40 NZD.
Orders are dispatched twice a day Monday to Friday from our Dunedin warehouse, normally before 8am and again at 3:30pm.
Delivery times are generally 1-2 business days for South Island and 1-3 business days for North Island. For rural addresses please allow an extra couple of days. Australian delivery times vary but can take up to 3 weeks.
Purchases (including sale) can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange for an alternative size or style. Items must be in unworn condition and in original undamaged packaging. When trying your purchase on, please do so inside to avoid wear.
Refunds are made to the card or Afterpay account used for purchase. We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible, however bank and Afterpay processing times mean that refunds can take 2-3 days to appear in your account.
Refunds are processed for the purchase price and do not cover return postage costs. If the item has been returned because the wrong item has been sent or the item has been deemed faulty, we will refund your postage costs.

They look really good, the sole is comfortable and they seem quite grippy (I haven't worn them in slippery areas yet though).
The issue is that the straps across the top of the foot are SO TIGHT and completely not adjustable. My feet feel like they're being cut into by the straps. I even took them to a shoe repair place and got them to stretch with the machine and they're still really uncomfortable. The fixed ankle strap means they're fiddly to put on, and then the useless velcro bit sitting over the top is only for making them tighter. They cannot be loosened at any point.
And I spent so much money on them, but I had them stretched so I can't return them. I've even carefully cut the tightest strap off, which helped a teeny bit. You can't tell that it's gone but they're still not comfy to wear for long and leave the tops of my feet feeling bruised. I do not have unusually proportioned feet or particularly high arches.
I'll have to keep wearing them every now and then to see if I can 'break them in', but I'm not optimistic.
