Tamarac specialise in indoor comfort slippers with outdoor soles. The Tamarac name is derived from one of the world's most pristine natural habitats in the Northwest Minnesota wilderness. The natural wonders of this area include some of America's most beautiful and pure wildlife, untouched by modern society. It's for this reason the Tamarac slipper brand was created, representing the true spirit of the American Slipper Tradition.

Delivery

NZ delivery is free for orders over $99, or just $5 for everything else. Australian shipping is $40 NZD.

Orders are dispatched 3.30pm Monday to Friday from our Dunedin warehouse.

Delivery times are generally 1-2 days for South Island and 2-3 days for North Island. Please allow an extra couple of days for rural addresses. Australian delivery times vary but can take up to 3 weeks.

Returns

Purchases (including sale) can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange for an alternative size or style. Items must be in unworn condition and in original undamaged packaging. When trying your purchase on, please do so inside to avoid wear.

Refunds are made to the card, Laybuy account or Afterpay account used for purchase. We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible, however bank and Afterpay/Laybuy processing times mean that refunds can take 2-3 days to appear in your account.

Refunds are processed for the purchase price and do not cover return postage costs. If the item has been returned because the wrong item has been sent or the item has been deemed faulty, we will refund your postage costs.

Live in my slippers

I have been buying these for the past 5 years and find them safe to wear ..ie..I don't stop out of them..warm and so so soft for the soles of my feet. I'm into my mid 80's so the skin is getting a bit thin. Wonderful comfort.

Exactly what I wanted!

As we have just moved into a new 'shoe free' home, I wanted a slipper I could take off and put on easily when going from inside to outside and back again. This slipper ticked all the boxes. I took Frames advice about sizing up from my usual size due to being small fitting and these fit perfectly. They have been getting so much wear already, and are so comfortable.
