Tamarac specialise in indoor comfort slippers with outdoor soles. The Tamarac name is derived from one of the world's most pristine natural habitats in the Northwest Minnesota wilderness. The natural wonders of this area include some of America's most beautiful and pure wildlife, untouched by modern society. It's for this reason the Tamarac slipper brand was created, representing the true spirit of the American Slipper Tradition.

Delivery

NZ delivery is free for orders over $99, or just $5 for everything else. Australian shipping is $40 NZD.

Orders are dispatched 3.30pm Monday to Friday from our Dunedin warehouse.

Delivery times are generally 1-2 days for South Island and 2-3 days for North Island. Please allow an extra couple of days for rural addresses. Australian delivery times vary but can take up to 3 weeks.

Returns

Purchases (including sale) can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange for an alternative size or style. Items must be in unworn condition and in original undamaged packaging. When trying your purchase on, please do so inside to avoid wear.

Refunds are made to the card, Laybuy account or Afterpay account used for purchase. We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible, however bank and Afterpay/Laybuy processing times mean that refunds can take 2-3 days to appear in your account.

Refunds are processed for the purchase price and do not cover return postage costs. If the item has been returned because the wrong item has been sent or the item has been deemed faulty, we will refund your postage costs.

Slipper review - Dark brown clogs.

I bought these slippers in the summer (on sale) and are too hot for mist days. They took a while to get used to because they are flat and my last pair from frames had a heel.
But overall my new slippers are very warm and comfortable.
Not as beautiful as my last pair (which were different) but I think they will last longer. They seem to be well - made.
Thank you frames for your genuine old fashioned service. So quick! So amazing when you are in Dunedin and I’m in Auckland! Keep up the great work!
