Lovely boot the problem I had was trying to slip my feet into them even when the laces had been loosened and the flap kept sliding down causing it to rub, on Monday 11th I posted them in exchange for some other boots the Ecco soft 7 or a refund if possible because the box had been slightly damaged being Easter you are closed, but looking forward to hearing from you after holidays
