Orders are dispatched 3.30pm Monday to Friday from our Dunedin warehouse.
Delivery times are generally 1-2 days for South Island and 2-3 days for North Island. Please allow an extra couple of days for rural addresses. Australian delivery times vary but can take up to 3 weeks.
Purchases (including sale) can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange for an alternative size or style. Items must be in unworn condition and in original undamaged packaging. When trying your purchase on, please do so inside to avoid wear.
Refunds are made to the card, Laybuy account or Afterpay account used for purchase. We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible, however bank and Afterpay/Laybuy processing times mean that refunds can take 2-3 days to appear in your account.
Refunds are processed for the purchase price and do not cover return postage costs. If the item has been returned because the wrong item has been sent or the item has been deemed faulty, we will refund your postage costs.

They are very comfortable, and I love wearing them. They are my first pair of Skechers, and I will be back for more. The laces could be longer.

First time online purchaser, couldn't decide on size, but as they had a return policy if I made the wrong size choice I could exchange, which I ended up needing to do. Totally hassle free.
If i had one negative to say, it is the laces could be a bit longer, had to buy longer ones. Other than that they are a nice comfortable shoe.
