Once we receive your return we'll send you a confirmation email. We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible, but bank or Laybuy processing times mean that the refund may take 2-3 days to appear in your account.
If you'd like to exchange your purchase for another item, fill out the return form enclosed with your purchase including which item you'd like for exchange and send it back to us at the above address.

If the shoes are deemed to be faulty we will first try to replace them. If we can't source a replacement, we can try to have them repaired or we can refund the purchase price plus your return postage costs.

Unfortunately Farmlands don't have the best website integration, so your 10% discount off full-price items won't show in the shopping cart or checkout. Don't fret! Your discount will be applied and the correct purchase price will be reflected in your Farmlands account and bill.
No, sorry- your Farmlands discount and discount codes cannot be combined. If you choose to pay by Farmlands and also enter a discount code, we will apply the largest discount out of the two to your purchase.

Select at the top of the page. Select "Your Wishlist" to see your wishlist. You can also select "View Wishlist" from any product page. If you previously added items to your wishlist while signed into an account,you'll need to sign in again to see your wishlist.
Select at the top of the page to go to the My Account page, then select "Your Wishlist". From here you can click "Remove" next to each item in order to remove it from the wishlist. You can also remove an item by going to that item's page then selecting "Remove from Wishlist".
